WHAT IS VITAMIN C AND WHAT IT CAN DO FOR YOUR SKIN

Most of us dream for a flawless skin that will catch the eyes of the person on the other side. However, sadly GOD is not that merciful to bless us with our dream skin (well, for most of us at least)!

However, again, God has filled this nature with incredible sources of nutrients that can quickly help us in achieving the skin that we kill to achieve. Talking about nutrients, we know the countless benefits of Vitamin C for our skin and Mother Nature is filled with sources which can give us a high dose vitamin C. So let us dive deep into the ocean of Vitamin C without any more blabbering.

What is Vitamin C?

Well, most of us have heard about this magic nutrient which is also the secret to 'happy skin' but what exactly is Vitamin C? Well, Vitamin C is one of the most competent and powerful nutrients as per the words of the experts. It might not work as a hero against a cough and cold. However, this nutrient keeps the ability to provide protection against immune system deficiencies, prenatal health problems, skin wrinkling as well as cardiovascular disease.

In spite of so many benefits, the human body is incapable of producing Vitamin C naturally in the body unlike other creatures. This makes it all the more important for us to consume Vitamin C rich fruits and veggies as well including them in our daily skincare regimen. However, if you have not yet started with a Vitamin C rich skincare regimen, then we will tell you to start it right away. How about we start with Vitamin C moisturiser? So, let us see how vitamin C moisturiser can prove to be a mgic for your skin.

Benefits of Using Vitamin C Moisturiser

A good Vitamin C moisturiser will generally contain all natural products or ingredients like grapefruit oil, almond oil, glycerine, Vitamin C acetate, etc. which will work wonders for the skin and show desired results in no time. Below are some benefits of using Vitamin C enriched moisturiser every day.

  • It shoots up the production of collagen, thereby banishing wrinkles from your face.
  • It royally hydrates your skin, thanks to all the natural ingredients that are present in a Vitamin C moisturiser.
  • Vitamin C moisturizer if used as a night cream works like a magic and repairs most of the skin problems or damages overnight.
  • Since Vitamin C is naturally acidic in nature, using a moisturiser enriched with this magic nutrient works as an exfoliator, thereby removing the dead skin cells from your skin and revealing a youthful glow.
  • Lastly, Vitamin C cream if used regularly can brighten up your complexion; banish dark spots and dark circles, thereby giving you an even skin tone.
